摘要
目的探讨羌椒熏洗散治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年12月-2021年3月南充市某医院收治的73例OA患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=37)与研究组(n=36)。对照组患者采用口服美洛昔康片进行治疗,研究组患者采用羌椒熏洗散进行治疗。治疗6周时,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的67.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羌椒熏洗散可提高OA的治疗效果,促进患者关节功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qiang pepper fumigation powder in the treatment of osteoarthritis(OA)of the knee.Methods Seventy-three cases of OA patients admitted to a hospital in Nanchong from December 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group(n=37)and the study group(n=36)using a random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with oral meloxicam tablets,and patients in the study group were treated with Qiang pepper fumigation powder.The clinical effect at were 6 of treatment was compared betueen the two groups.Results The total clinical treatment efficiency of patients in the study group was 94.44%,which was higher than that of the control group(67.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiang pepper fumigation powder can improve the therapeutic effect of OA and promote the recovery of patients.Therefore,it is worth wider clinical application.
