摘要
目的分析疫情期间护士压力感知与应对方式的关系,探讨组织支持感在压力感知与应对方式间的中介作用。方法选取医院2020年1―2月208名护士进行问卷调查。调查问卷包括一般资料调查表、简易应对方式问卷、压力感知量表及组织支持感量表。结果护士积极应对得分在年龄、工作年限及职称上差异存在统计学意义。积极应对的得分与压力感知得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.586,p<0.01),与组织支持感得分呈显著正相关(r=0.349,p<0.01);消极应对得分与压力感知得分呈显著正相关(r=0.488,p<0.01),与组织支持感得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.197,p<0.01)。Bootstrap检验中介效应显示,组织支持感在压力感知与积极应对之间具有部分中介作用;压力感知直接影响消极应对。结论组织支持感可以部分影响压力感知与积极应对的关系。因此,新冠疫情期间,可以通过加强组织支持缓解护士的压力感知,以积极应对的方式解决问题。
Objective To analyze the relationship between nurses’stress perception and coping style during the epidemic,and to explore the mediating role of organizational support between stress perception and coping style.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 208 nurses in the hospital from January to February 2020.The questionnaire includes general information questionnaire,simple coping style questionnaire,stress perception scale and organizational support scale.Results There were statistically significant differences in nurses’active response scores in age,working years,and job title.The score of active coping was significantly negatively correlated with the score of stress perception(r=-0.586,p<0.01),and it was significantly positively correlated with the score of organizational support(r=0.349,p<0.01).The score of negative coping was significantly positively correlated with the score of stress perception(r=0.488,p<0.01),and significantly negatively correlated with organizational support score(r=-0.197,p<0.01).Bootstrap’s test of mediating effect showed that organizational support had a partial mediating effect between stress perception and active coping.Stress perception directly affected negative coping.Conclusion perception of organizational support can partially affect the relationship between stress perception and active coping.Therefore,during the COVID 2019 pandemic,it is possible to strengthen the organizational support to relieve the stress perception of nurses and solve the problem in a proactive way.
