摘要 弹丸速度参数的测量一直是武器考核指标中重要的一环,针对传统测试设备测量点单一、信号传输易受干扰等问题,提出了一种基于LabWindows/CVI的远程多区间的弹丸测速系统。上位机与下位机使用以太网进行远程信息交互,远程操作测试设备,下位机使用3组光幕靶对弹丸速度参数进行测试,可以反应弹丸的速度变化趋势,预防了单组测试容易出现的数据丢失,数据错误,失去弹丸速度参数的缺陷。实验表明,该测试系统可进行远程控制,对弹丸进行多区间测速。 The measurement of projectile velocity parameters has always been an important part of the weapon assessment index.It is a problem that the traditional test equipment has a single measurement point and the signal transmission is susceptible to interference.A remote multi-interval projectile velocity measurement system based on LabWindows/CVI is proposed.The upper computer and the lower computer use Ethernet for remote information exchange and remotely operate the test equipment.The lower machine uses three sets of light curtain targets to test the projectile velocity parameters.It can respond to the trend of the speed of the projectile,preventing the data loss that is easy to occur in a single test,data error,and the loss of the bullet speed parameter.Experiments show that the test system can be remotely controlled and multi-interval speed measurement of the projectile.
