ABTS法和DPPH法测定锁阳多糖抗氧化活性的适用性 被引量:2

摘要 以开发锁阳多糖工业化生产工艺过程中的锁阳多糖粗提物为原料,比较了ABTS法和DPPH法进行抗氧化活性检测的适用性,结合化学成分分析和红外光谱法表征,结果表明:DPPH法易被锁阳多糖粗提物中蛋白、多酚及其复合物等成分影响,测定结果不准确;而ABTS法不受杂质成分干扰,实验结果更可靠,可作为锁阳多糖粗提物体外抗氧化活性检测方法之一;且锁阳多糖粗提物比纯化锁阳多糖具有更强的抗氧化能力,可为抗氧化剂产品开发提供原料。 The crude Cynomorium songaricum polysaccharide(CSP)from developing industrial production process was used to compare the applicability of ABTS and DPPH assay for applicability of antioxidant activity detection.Combined with chemical composition analysis and IR,it showed that DPPH assay was easily affected by the components in crude CSP extract,such as protein,polyphenols and their complexes,and the results were inaccurate.However,ABTS assay was not interfered by impurities,and the results were more reliable,which can be regarded as an in vitro detect solution of crude CSP extract.The crude CSP extract possessed stronger antioxidant capacity than purified CSP,which can provide raw material for exploiting new antioxidant product.
