摘要
研究了采用近红外漫反射光谱法快速检测缬沙坦胶囊药用辅料含量的方法,采集了100个缬沙坦胶囊的近红外光谱,通过综合比较选择不同光谱区域建立定量模型。确定4227~4539、4609~5368、5499~6313和6329~6795 cm^(-1)作为建模谱区。通过比较不同的光谱预处理方法的效果,选择多元散射校正(MSC)+Norris平滑+二阶导数对原始光谱进行预处理。采用偏最小二乘方法对缬沙坦胶囊药用辅料建立了定量预测模型并进行预测试用。该模型预测结果良好,且该方法简便、快速,可以用于缬沙坦胶囊药用辅料含量的快速检测,并可为其他药用辅料含量快速检测提供了借鉴。
This study investigates the fast detection method of pharmaceutic adjuvant content in valsartan capsules based on nearinfrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry.A total of 100near-infrared spectra of valsartan capsules were collected and a quantitative model was constructed by comprehensive comparison and selection of different spectral zones.The modeling spectral zones were determined at 4227~4539,4609~5368,5499~6313and 6329~6795cm^(-1).After comparing effects of different preprocessing methods,multiplicative scatter correction(MSC)+Norris smoothing+second derivatives were applied to preprocessing the original spectra.A quantitative prediction model of pharmaceutic adjuvant content in valsartan capsules was built using the partial least squares and then tested,showing good prediction results.The proposed method is easy to operate and can be used for fast detection of pharmaceutic adjuvant content in valsartan capsules.It also provides references for fast detection of other pharmaceutic adjuvant contents.
