摘要
在申博工作背景下,针对高校图书馆学科馆员队伍薄弱,管理制度不够完善;学科文献资源不足,学科特色不够突出;学科平台空有噱头,学科需求难以匹配等问题,提出了提升学科馆员服务水平,优化学科馆员制度建设;提高申博学科文献质量,突出申博学科特色品牌;加强学科服务平台建设,发挥学科服务多样特点等举措,为最终获批博士授予单位打下坚实基础。
Under the background of applying for doctoral program,there are many problems existing in university libraries,such as the weak contingent of subject librarians,the imperfect management system,the insufficiency of subject literature resources and the lack of subject characteristics,the vacancy of subject platform and the difficulty of matching subject demands,etc.,the paper proposes to improve the service level of subject librarian,optimize the construction of librarian system,improve the quality of discipline literature and highlight the discipline characteristics,We should strengthen the construction of subject service platform and give full play to the diversified characteristics of subject services,so as to lay a solid foundation for the units eventually awarded with doctoral degrees.
