摘要
以四乙基氢氧化铵和吗啉作为模板剂,合成SAPO-34磷酸硅铝分子筛.主要研究合成条件,例如:晶化时间,晶化温度,模板剂等.用SEM和XRD等技术对合成的样品表征,结果发现,合成条件对SAPO-34形貌有显著影响.
SAPO-34 was prepared by the hydrothermal method with the mixture of tetraethylammonium hydroxide and morpholine as a template.The factors such as crystallization time,temperature and template,etc.were investigated.The synthesized samples were characterized by SEM and XRD.The results showed an outstanding effect of conditions on the morphology of SAPO-34.SAPO-34 synthesize at the optimal condition held the excellent catalytic performance.
