摘要
由于天然纤维的产能有限以及用于生产化纤的石油资源的不可再生造成纤维短缺问题日益严重,亟需寻找可循环利用的纤维原料。废弃羊毛是一种重要、廉价的角蛋白资源,具有极高的研究利用价值。本文首先基于天然羊毛及角蛋白的结构和性能特点,介绍了角蛋白溶解和提取的各种方法,强调了它们的优点和局限性。之后综述了角蛋白的各种溶解和提取方法,重点介绍了它们的优点和局限性。讨论了各种方法和化学物质对角蛋白结构和性质的影响,以突出适用于再生角蛋白纤维制备的方法。接着论述了再生羊毛角蛋白纤维的湿法纺丝制备工艺以及制备工艺对纤维的结构形态的影响。此外,介绍了再生羊毛角蛋白纤维结构增强的方法,以解决再生羊毛角蛋白纤维力学性能差的问题。最后,总结了再生羊毛角蛋白纤维的研究进展并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。
With the limited manufacturing capability of natural fibers and non-renewable petroleum resources for producing chemical fibers,it is urgent to develop novel material source for solving the increasing severe issue of fiber shortage.Waste wool is a type of pivotal and cost-effective keratin sources,which exhibits remarkable research and large-scale production potentials.Based on the structure and typical features of wool and keratin,this mini-review first introduces the methods for raw wool dissolution and keratin extraction with emphasis on advantages and limitations of different strategies.We also discussed the impacts of different approaches and chemicals on the quality of extracted keratins and the final regenerated keratin fiber production.Then,the typical steps of wet spinning process was systematically reviewed for continuously producing regenerated wool fiber,with summarizing the critical influence of specific preparation steps.In addition,we also summarized the strategies for strengthening mechanical properties to solve the moderate tensile strength of regenerated wool fiber.Finally,we also briefly discussed the research progress,present challenges and perspectives for next-step research.
