三段式分析法在本科生中医内科学课堂教学中的应用体会

摘要 中医内科学是中医专业的主干课程,对提高本科生中医思维、加强本科生临床实践能力有着非常重要的作用;但传统的讲授式教学法缺少对学生中医辨证思维的培训,影响了学生中医辨证的准确性,也影响了临床实习质量。三段式分析法是指将教材中各中医证型的症状部分分为主要症状、证候特点以及舌脉3个段落进行讲授和分析的教学法,此教学法是以《中医内科学》教材为基础,以临床需要为导向所创立的一种提高学生运用课堂知识解决临床问题能力的新型教学方法。三段式分析法在不改变现有教学模式的基础上,对教材中的相关内容进行重新分析、综合、判断及推理,符合辨证思维的规律,可以有效提高学生中医辨证思维的水平,为建立正确的诊治思路打下基础。 Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine is the main course of traditional Chinese medicine specialty,which plays a very important role in improving the thinking of undergraduates in traditional Chinese medicine and strengthening the clinical practice ability of undergraduates.However,the traditional teaching method lacks the training of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation thinking for students,which affects students.The accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation also affects the quality of clinical practice.The three-stage analysis method refers to the teaching method in which the symptom part of each traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type in the textbook is divided into three paragraphs:main symptoms,syndrome characteristics,and tongue and pulse.This teaching method is based on the textbook of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on and guided by clinical needs,it is a new teaching method to improve students’ability to use classroom knowledge to solve clinical problems.The three-stage analysis method does not change the existing teaching mode,and re-analyzes,synthesizes,judges and infers the relevant content in the textbook.It conforms to the law of dialectical thinking and can effectively improve the level of students’traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation thinking.Correct diagnosis and treatment ideas lay the foundation.
