摘要
血管形态和功能改变是贯穿高血压病全程的病理变化。血管即中医之"血脉","血脉病"和血管病变有着紧密关联和统一性。"脉"为奇恒之腑,其荣衰取决于肾中精气的盛衰。"血脉理论"以"脉为主体,气血是物质基础""肾虚血脉自病",从而认为高血压病病位在"血脉",存在"初病在肝,病中由肝及脾,病久入肾"的不同阶段规律和初病在气,由气传血,由血入脉的病情传变特性;根据上述特征,治疗上分别予调肝控压、健运中焦、补肾和脉的法则。
The changes of vascular morphology and function are pathological changes throughout the whole course of hypertension.Blood vessel is the“blood vessel”of traditional Chinese medicine.There is a close relationship and unity between“blood vessel disease”and vascular disease.“Vessel”is an extraordinary and constant fu organ.Its prosperity and decline depend on the rise and fall of essence and qi in the kidney.“Blood vessel theory”takes“pulse as the main body,qi and blood is the material basis”and“kidney deficiency and blood vessel disease”,so it is considered that hypertension is located in“blood vessel”,and there are different stages of“initial disease in liver,liver and spleen in disease,and disease into kidney for a long time”and the disease transmission characteristics of initial disease in qi,from qi to blood,and from blood into pulse.According to the above characteristics,the treatment should adjust liver pressure,control blood pressure and promote blood circulation,the law of middle energizer,tonifying kidney and pulse.
