摘要
目的观察温针刀联合美式脊椎矫正治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月—2019年9月门诊收治的确诊为强直性脊柱炎的患者50例,均给予温针刀及美式脊椎矫正治疗,每周2次,6次为一个疗程。比较治疗前和治疗3周后的C反应蛋白、枕墙距、VAS评分及晨僵积分,评估有效率。比较治疗前和治疗3个月后的椎体功能改善情况。结果治疗3周后CRP、枕墙距、VAS评分及晨僵积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床缓解0例,显效48例,有效1例,无效1例,显效率为96%,总有效率为98%。治疗前优0例,良1例,可27例,差22例;3个月后优0例,良48例,可1例,差1例;治疗前CI(0.693~0.775),治疗后CI(0.236~0.296),值小的疗效好。结论温针刀联合美式脊椎矫正治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效显著,操作简便,费用低廉,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm needle knife combined with American spinal correction on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods 50 patients diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis from the outpatient clinic during January 2017 to September 2019 were selected.They were treated with warm needle knife combined with american spinal correction,all twice a week,six times a course of treatment.The CRP,distance between Occipital part and wall,VAS score and morning stiffness score before and 3 weeks after the treatment was compared,and the effective rate was evaluated.The improvement of vertebral function was compared before and 3 months after treatment.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,CRP,distance between Occipital part and wall,AS score and morning stiffness score were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).0 cases were clinical remission,48 cases showed obvious effect,1 case were improved,and 1 case was ineffective,the obvious effective rate was 96%,and the total effective rate was 98%.Before treatment,there were 0 excellent cases,1 good case,27 fair cases and 22 poor cases.3 months after treatment,there were 0 excellent case,48 good cases,1 fair case and 1 poor case.CI(0.693~0.775)before treatment and CI(0.236~0.296)after treatment,small value work well.Conclusion Warm needle knife combined with American spinal correction for ankylosing spondylitis had significant clinical effect,simple operation,low cost,and is worth clinical promotion.
