摘要
目的以经典理论为指导,观察消渴病痹证综合治疗优化方案对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效,为形成一套行之有效、简便易行、中医特色突出的治疗DPN方案提供依据。方法将600例患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用优化方案,对照组采用国家中医药管理局颁布的"消渴病痹证"诊疗方案。观察治疗前后2组患者的临床症状、体征、血糖、HbA1c、神经传导速度、Toronto评分、生活质量评分、安全性评估,并进行统计学分析,全面评估中医优化治疗方案。结果2组患者治疗后的证候积分、中医证候疗效、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、神经传导速度、TCSS、生活质量方面均较治疗前有所改善,P<0.05;治疗组较对照组改善更明显,P<0.05。结论经典理论指导下的中医综合治疗优化方案能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变(消渴病痹证)患者的临床症状、实验室指标及生活质量,是一套低成本、疗效好、安全可靠的治疗方案,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the optimized strategy for comprehensive treatment for arthralgia syndrome of consumptive thirst on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,so as to form an effective,simple strategy with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine to treat DPN.Methods 600 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Optimized strategy was used in the treatment group,and method issued by National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine was used in control group.Clinical symptoms,signs,blood glucose,HbAlc,nerve conduction velocity,Toronto score,life quality score,and safety were analyzed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was also used to assess the optimized strategy comprehensively.Results Improvements on syndrome integral,curative effect of TCM syndrome,fasting plasma glucose,HbA1 c,nerve conduction velocity,TCSS,and life quality were observed in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).Better improvements were detected in treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion he optimized strategy under direction on traditional theory for comprehensive treatment for Arthralgia syndrome of consumptive thirst can improve the clinical symptoms,laboratory index,and life quality effectively.Such strategy is a low cost,good curative effect,safe and reliable method,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
