摘要
目的分析脾胃培元散穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效与护理对策。方法选择2018年4月—2019年5月收治的慢性胃炎患者90例,以随机数字表法分为穴位贴敷组和常规组。常规组应用常规治疗方法和常规护理,穴位贴敷组加用脾胃培元散穴位贴敷并配合综合护理措施。观察2组患者临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果穴位贴敷组的治疗总有效率比常规组高(P<0.05),且穴位贴敷组发生胃溃疡、上消化道出血、急性穿孔等并发症的几率明显比常规组低(P<0.05)。结论脾胃培元散穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃炎并实施综合护理后,可辅助提升治疗效果,同时还使患者治疗过程并发症风险得到有效控制,值得在临床中应用和推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and nursing strategy of point application combined with Piwei Peiyuan powder in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods 90 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into acupoint application group and routine group.The routine treatment was used in the routine group,and the acupoint application group was given Piwei Peiyuan powder and acupoint application combined with comprehensive nursing measures.The clinical effect and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of acupoint application group was higher than that of routine group(P<0.05),and the incidence of gastric ulcer,upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,acute perforation and other complications in acupoint application group was significantly lower than that of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion point application combined with Piwei Peiyuan powder and the implementation of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of chronic gastritis can improve the therapeutic effect,and effectively control the risk of complications in the treatment process,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
