摘要
目的探讨中西医结合疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法将2017年10月—2018年10月收治的胃溃疡患者110例依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组进行奥美拉唑胶囊、甲硝唑片与克拉霉素胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入中药加减进行治疗。对比分析2组患者治疗前、后1个月症状积分及疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率(96.36%)高于对照组(76.36%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组症状积分均降低,且与对照组相比,观察组治疗后症状积分较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗不仅可以有效缓解胃溃疡疾病的症状,且会提高临床疗效,可行性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,110 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55).The control group was treated with omeprazole capsule,metronidazole tablets and clarithromycin capsule,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The symptom score and curative effect of the two groups before and 1 month after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group(96.36%)was higher than that in the control group(76.36%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the two groups decreased,and compared with the control group,the symptom score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can not only effectively alleviate the symptoms of gastric ulcer,but also improve the clinical efficacy,which is feasible.
