摘要
目的:探究丁苯酞序贯疗法对急性脑梗死合并认知功能障碍患者的认知功能及神经功能的影响。方法:129例急性脑梗死合并认知功能障碍患者,随机数字表法分为两组。对照组64例,给予抗凝、降脂和降压等常规对症治疗;观察组65例,在对照组的基础上,加丁苯酞序贯疗法,即用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液和丁苯酞胶囊治疗。观察、分析两组患者的认知功能、炎性因子水平和不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、CRP、HMGB1和MMP-9水平低于对照组,ADL评分和MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率7.69%,与对照组的6.25%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丁苯酞序贯疗法可提高急性脑梗死合并认知功能障碍患者的认知功能与生存质量。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of sequential therapy of butylphthalide on the cognitive and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with cognitive dysfunction.Methods:129 patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with cognitive impairment were randomized into 2 groups.64 patients in the control group were given such conventional symptomatic treatments as anticoagulation,lipid-lowering and blood pressure reduction,while another 65 patients in the observation group accepted sequential butylphthalide therapy on the basis of the control group,i.e.butylphthalide sodium chloride injection and butylphthalide capsules treatment.The cognitive function,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the observation group’s NIHSS score,CRP,HMGB1,and MMP-9 levels were lower than those of the control group,and the ADL and MMSE scores were higher than those of the control group,which were of statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%higher than that in the control group 6.25%(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sequential butylphthalide therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with cognitive dysfunction can improve the cognitive function and neurological function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the quality of life of patients.
