经皮肾镜钬激光联合气压弹道碎石治疗复杂性肾结石的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析经皮肾镜钬激光+气压弹道碎石治疗复杂性肾结石的临床效果及对患者肾功能的影响。方法:96例复杂性肾结石患者,随机平均分为两组,对照组48例采纳肾切开取石术治疗,观察组48例采纳经皮肾镜钬激光+气压弹道碎石治疗,分析两组手术指标、结石清除率、肾功能指标、血清炎症因子指标。结果:观察组术中出血量低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,观察组结石清除97.9%高于对照组83.3%,观察组术后3 d CysC、BUN、Scr、PCT、IL-1β指标低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮肾镜钬激光+气压弹道碎石可有效提高复杂性肾结石患者的疗效,结石清除率高。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser and pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods:96 patients with complex renal calculi were randomly divided into two groups.48 cases in the control group were treated with nephrolithotomy,and 48 cases in the observation group were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy and pneumatic lithotripsy.The operation indexes,stone clearance rate,renal function indexes and serum inflammatory factors of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group.The stone clearance rate in the observation group was 97.9%higher than that in the control group 83.3%.The CysC,BUN,Scr,PCT,IL-1βindexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 3 d after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser and pneumatic lithotripsy can effectively improve the curative effect of patients with complex renal calculi,and the stone clearance rate is high.
