摘要
目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声消融术对子宫肌瘤患者症状改善及子宫体积的影响。方法:子宫肌瘤患者61例,按手术方案分对照组和观察组。对照组予以腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组予以高强度聚焦超声消融术治疗,分析两组并发症发生率、症状改善情况以及子宫体积与子宫内膜容受性。结果:两组症状改善情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月两组子宫体积均缩小,且观察组缩小多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜容积均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高强度聚焦超声消融术治疗子宫肌瘤效果更好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation on the improvement of symptoms and uterine volume in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:61 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into control group and observation group according to the operation plan.The control group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy,and the observation group was treated with high intensity focused ultrasound ablation.The incidence of complications,symptom improvement,uterine volume and endometrial receptivity of the two groups were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in symptom improvement between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after the operation,the uterine volume of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness and endometrial volume of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High intensity focused ultrasound ablation is more effective in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.
