摘要
鼻咽癌早期发现是临床面临的一项挑战,窄带成像技术是一种新型、无创的电子内镜显像技术,可获得黏膜微血管形态及其表层结构的清晰图像,通过观察新生血管变化及靶向活检达到早期诊断目的。笔者对窄带成像技术在鼻咽癌早期诊断的研究进展作一综述。
Early detection of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is a common clinical challenge.Narrow-band imaging technology is a new,non-invasive electronic endoscopic imaging technology,which can obtain clear images of mucosal microvascular morphology and its surface structure.Early diagnosis can be achieved by targeted biopsy and observing the changes of neovascularization.In this paper,the author summarizes the recent progress in early diagnosis of NPC by using narrow-band imaging.
