摘要
目的:探讨针刺加火针治疗小儿混合型脑瘫的临床疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法:2015年10月至2018年10月收治的50例混合型脑瘫患儿,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组实施常规物理疗法,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,实施针刺加火针治疗。分析、比较两组的临床疗效、粗大运动功能、肌张力评分、生活质量评分。结果:观察组患儿的治疗总有效率、生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,且观察组治疗后的粗大运动功能、肌张力评分改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺加火针治疗小儿混合型脑瘫的临床效果提高,患者生活质量得到明显改善。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture plus fire acupuncture on children with mixed cerebral palsy and its influence on the quality of life of the patients. Methods: From October 2015 to October 2018, 50 children with mixed cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine physical therapy, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and fire acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical effect, gross motor function, muscle tension score and quality of life score of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: The total effective rate and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the improvement of gross motor function and muscle tension scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group, Results: The total effective rate and quality of life scores of children in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the improvement of gross motor function and muscle tension scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of acupuncture plus fire acupuncture on children with mixed cerebral palsy is improved, and the quality of life of the patients is significantly improved.
