摘要
为了研究衬砌结构崩落风险等级预测方法,并为隧道衬砌结构崩落病害分级处治技术提供理论支撑。通过调研的隧道衬砌崩落案例,综合考虑隧道衬砌崩落特征和主要诱发因素,从危害程度、发生位置、崩落过程、崩落范围、破坏形式、持续时间以及处置措施的角度,对隧道衬砌崩落等级进行划分,构建隧道衬砌崩落评价指标体系。基于隧道衬砌崩落指标体系,采用了基于综合权重的灰关联投影法,建立了隧道衬砌崩落预测模型。分析制订了衬砌崩落等级预测标准,并对8座隧道衬砌崩落案例进行等级预测,验证了衬砌崩落分级标准的可行性。结果表明:根据隧道衬砌崩落特征,可以将衬砌崩落划分为4个等级,即:无衬砌崩落(Ⅰ)、轻微衬砌崩落(Ⅱ)、中等衬砌崩落(Ⅲ)和严重衬砌崩落(Ⅳ);隧道衬砌崩落预测评价指标分别为:围岩基本质量指标、地下水赋存情况、混凝土强度实测值与设计值之比、衬砌裂缝发育程度、不良地质条件;8座崩落隧道案例的预测结果与实际情况基本相符,验证了基于灰关联投影法的公路隧道衬砌结构崩落预测方法的可行性,对预防衬砌崩落病害具有指导意义。
To study the prediction method for collapse risk level of lining structure,and to provide theoretical support for the classification treatment technology on tunnel lining structure collapse disease,based on the investigation of tunnel lining collapse cases,the tunnel lining collapse characteristics and main inducing factors were comprehensively considered.The tunnel lining collapse grades were divided from the perspectives of harm degree,location,caving process,caving scope,failure form,duration and disposal measures.The tunnel lining collapse evaluation index system was constructed.Based on the collapse index system of tunnel lining,the prediction model of tunnel lining collapse was established by using grey correlation projection method based on comprehensive weight.The grade prediction standard of lining collapse was analyzed and formulated.The grade prediction of 8 tunnel lining collapse cases was carried out to verify the grade standard feasibility of lining collapse.The result indicates that according to the tunnel lining collapse characteristics,the lining collapse can be divided into 4 grades of no lining caving(Ⅰ),slight lining caving(Ⅱ),medium lining caving(Ⅲ),and severe lining caving(Ⅳ).The caving prediction and evaluation indexes of tunnel lining are surrounding rock basic quality index,groundwater occurrence,measured concrete strength and design value,lining crack development,and poor geological conditions.The prediction results of 8 cases of caving tunnel are basically consistent with the actual situations,which verify the collapse prediction method feasibility for highway tunnel lining structure based on grey correlation projection.It has guiding significance for the lining caving diseases prevention.
