既有桥梁基桩的低应变反射波曲线分析

摘要 为了研究既有桥梁基桩质量情况,对既有桥梁基桩进行检测很有必要,低应变反射波法是目前常用的新建桩检测技术,但既有桥梁基桩的低应变反射波信号远比新建桩复杂,传统分析方法难以对既有基桩完整性有效评判;采用了既有桥梁基桩低应变检测数据的分析方法及有限元仿真模拟;分析了常见的桩柱式结构既有桥梁桩顶结构物的反射波响应特征,用以辨别既有桥梁基桩低应变反射波曲线中的桩顶结构物干扰信号。在此基础上,进一步地将既有桥梁基桩低应变反射波曲线与该桩竣工时的检测曲线对比分析,有效地避免了桩顶结构物反射造成的误判,提高了对既有桥梁基桩的桩身完整性评判的准确性,总结了既有桥梁基桩低应变检测的数据分析方法;结果表明:文中提出的既有桥梁基桩低应变反射波曲线分析方法应用于实际工程,取得了较好效果,验证了本研究提出的既有桥梁基桩低应变反射波曲线分析方法是可行的,可实现更精确的既有桥梁基桩完整性评判,值得在实际工程中推广应用。 To study the quality of existing bridge foundations and the safety of bridge structures,it is necessary to test the existing bridge piles.The low strain reflection wave method is a commonly used technique for testing new piles.However,the low strain reflection wave signals of existing bridge piles are much more complex than those of new piles,making it difficult for traditional analysis methods to effectively evaluate the integrity of existing piles.Therefore,the analysis method for low strain testing data of existing bridge piles and finite element simulation were used.This involves analyzing the reflection wave response characteristics of common pile-column type structures in existing bridge pile tops to identify interference signals from pile top structures in the low strain reflection wave curves of existing bridge piles.On this basis,by further comparing the low strain reflection wave curves of existing bridge piles with testing curves at the time of pile completion,it effectively avoids misjudgment caused by reflections from pile top structures,improving the accuracy of integrity assessment for the pile body of existing bridge piles.The data analysis method for low strain testing of existing bridge piles is summarized.The result indicates that the method for low strain reflected wave curve analysis on existing bridge foundation pile applied to practical engineering achieves good result.It is verified that the proposed method is feasible and can achieve more precise integrity assessments on existing bridge piles,making it worthy of promotion and application in actual engineering projects.
