摘要
为研究材料组成对高渗透乳化沥青渗透性能的影响,提高乳化沥青在半刚性基层上的渗透能力,增强道路结构层间黏结强度,通过改变高渗透乳化沥青的配制方案,分析不同配方下乳化沥青的基本性能指标及颗粒粒径分布情况,研究高渗透乳化沥青渗透性能。结果表明:蒸发残留物含量和颗粒粒径分布均与渗透性能之间有较好的相关性,蒸发残留物含量和乳化沥青颗粒的体积平均粒径减小,均会提高乳化沥青的渗透能力;随着蒸发残留物含量的减少,恩格勒黏度逐渐降低,为保证乳化沥青黏结能力,蒸发残留物含量应≥50%;在乳化沥青粒度分布中,当乳化沥青颗粒的粒度累计分布百分数达到90%时,对应的粒径为D[90],该指标与乳化沥青的渗透性能有较强的相关性,当D[90]≤4.35μm时,高渗透乳化沥青有较强的渗透能力。
To study the influence of material composition on the permeability of high permeability emulsified asphalt,to improve the permeability of emulsified asphalt on semi-rigid base,and to enhance the bonding strength between layers of road structure,by changing the formulation scheme of high permeability emulsified asphalt,the basic performance indicators and particle size distribution of emulsified asphalt with different formulations were analyzed.The permeability of high permeability emulsified asphalt was studied.The result indicates that there is a good correlation of evaporated residue content and particle size distribution with the permeability performance.The decrease of evaporated residue content and volumetric mean particle size of emulsified asphalt improve the permeability ability of emulsified asphalt.As the evaporated residue content decreases,the Engler viscosity gradually decreases.To ensure the bond strength of emulsified asphalt,the evaporated residue content should be over 50%.In the particle size distribution of emulsified asphalt,when the cumulative particle size distribution percentage of emulsified asphalt reaches 90%(D[90]),which has a strong correlation with permeability of emulsified asphalt.When D[90]≤4.35μm,the high permeability emulsified asphalt has a strong permeation ability.
