基于数据分析的交通旅游人群精准画像与需求辨识

Accurate Portrait and Demand Identification on Transport-tourism Crowds Based on Data Analysis

摘要 为探索提升交通旅游人群定位的精准度和准确性,为出行者提供更个性化、更丰富的交旅融合功能体验,针对现阶段人群画像技术在交旅融合领域尚属空白的问题,依靠数据挖掘、数学建模、统计分析等方法,从游客基本属性和游客行为属性两个维度勾勒描述了游客基本情况的画像。确定了交旅融合项目目标客群,并辨识其出行需求、消费需求、旅游需求等,从而准确发现数据背后的规律和特征。以溧阳至宁德高速公路黄山至千岛湖段深渡服务区为例,将人群画像与交通旅游需求耦合对项目未来打造方向与定位进行了分析识别,用以支撑深度服务区项目发展模式确定和业态规划,从而为项目建设者提供可预测、可视化的信息和决策,为其他同类实践项目借鉴提供了技术参考。 In order to explore how to improve the precision and accuracy of the positioning of traffic and tourism crowd,and provide travelers with more personalized and rich experience of the function of traffic and tourism integration,in order to solve the problem that the technology of crowd portrait is still blank in the field of communication and travel integration,the methods of data mining,mathematical modeling and statistical analysis are adopted.From the two dimensions of basic attributes of tourists and tourists behavior attributes,the basic situation of tourists portrait is outlined.The target customers of the integration project are identified,and their travel needs,consumption needs and tourism needs are identified,so that the rules and characteristics behind the data can be found accurately.Taking the Shendu service area in Huangshan-Qiandaohu section of Liyang-Ningde expressway as an example,the future direction and orientation of the project are analyzed and identified by coupling the crowd portrait with the traffic and tourism demand,it is used to support the determination of the development mode of deep service area projects and the planning of the business forms,thus providing the project builders with predictable and visual information and decision-making,and providing technical reference for other similar practical projects.
