摘要 为解决高速公路人工半自动收费(MTC)用户的精确路径识别问题,实现对行驶在高速公路上的所有车辆采用统一的基于5.8 GHz专用短程通信(DSRC)技术进行精确标识和识别,对5.8 GHz DSRC技术的复合通行卡(CPC)进行了研制,解决了CPC在车内放置位置的不确定性带来的信号有效通信、通行介质高频流转使用带来的功耗、存储数据安全可靠性等关键技术问题。提出了5.8 GHz DSRC的全向接收技术、低功耗设计、收费操作流程、发行流程等一体化解决方案,编制了CPC技术标准,实现了MTC用户按实际路径收费。结果表明:研究成果可弥补现有方案只能解决单方面用户的不足,减少系统重复建设和投资浪费,节约运营和维护成本,并在2019年取消全国高速公路省界收费站工程中得到全面应用,取得了较好的应用效果。 In order to solve the problem of accurate path identification for MTC users on expressways,and achieve accurate identification of all vehicles on expressways by using unified 5.8 GHz Dedicated Short Range Communication(DSRC)based technology,the CPC of 5.8 GHz DSRC technology is developed,which solved the key technical problems such as effective signal communication caused by the uncertainty of the placement position of CPC in vehicle,power consumption caused by the high frequency circulation of traffic medium,and the security and reliability of stored data.An integrated solution scheme of 5.8 GHz DSRC including omnidirectional receiving technology,low power consumption design,tolling operation process and issuance process is proposed,the CPC technical standard is prepared to realize the tolling of MTC users according to the actual path.It is concluded that the research result can make up for the shortcomings of the existing scheme,which can only solve the problems of unilateral users,reduce the repeated construction and investment waste of the system,save the operation and maintenance costs,and have been fully applied in the cancellation of the national expressway provincial boundary toll station project in 2019,which has achieved good application result.
