摘要
济南凤凰路黄河大桥主桥为三塔自锚式空间缆悬索桥,主跨2×428 m,主梁标准宽度为61.7 m,主桥跨度和桥宽均为同类桥型世界第一。为降低成本,提梁门吊设计多采用贝雷片式。鉴于大吨位钢梁式提梁门吊应用较少且缺少相关的试验数据支撑,以济南凤凰路黄河大桥为背景,采用410 t钢梁提梁门吊,设计开展了提梁门吊的动静载试验,并采用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型进行分析计算,将理论与实测数据对比,研究了钢梁式提梁门吊相关性能指标。结果表明提梁门吊的受力性能能够满足设计和使用要求。
The main bridge of Fenghuang Road Yellow River Bridge in Jinan is a 3-pylon self-anchored space cable suspension bridge,its main span is 2×428 m,the standard width of the main beam is 61.7 m,and the span and width of the main bridge are the first of similar bridge types in the world.In order to reduce the cost,the design of the girder gantry crane mostly adopts the Bailey plate type.In view of the fact that large-tonnage steel girder gantry crane is rarely used and lacks relevant test data support,on the background of Jinan Fenghuang Road Yellow River Bridge,the dynamic and static load test on the 410 t steel girder gantry crane is designed and carried out.The finite element model is established by using ANSYS software for analysis and calculation.The theoretical and measured data are compared,and the relevant performance indicators of the steel beam-type gantry crane are studied.The result shows that the mechanical performance of the gantry crane can meet the design and service requirements.
