环氧铺装养护用冷拌快固树脂混合料路用性能研究 被引量:4

Performance of Cold-mixed and Fast-cured Resin Mixture towards Maintenance of Epoxy Asphalt Pavement

摘要 针对钢桥环氧铺装局部坑槽维修的技术难题,提出了一种新型冷拌快固树脂混合料,通过马歇尔试验确定了最佳油石比,并评估了高温性能、低温性能、抗水损性能和抗滑性能等路用性能。试验结果表明,PTB树脂的黏度在20℃、30℃、40℃条件下,达到3000cP的时间分别为39min、33min和21min,固化速度较快。PTB型树脂的拉伸强度接近原铺装采用的环氧沥青,断裂延伸率也超过100%。PTB型树脂混合料具有较好的路用性能:在70℃时动稳定度达到13358次/mm;在-10℃时的小梁弯曲强度为32.93MPa,极限弯曲应变达到2891με;残留稳定度为95.4%,冻融劈裂强度比为92.9%;干燥状态下路面摩擦系数(BPN)为68,潮湿状态下为57。其高温性能、低温性能、抗水损性能和抗滑性能均满足要求。PTB型树脂混合料的强度、刚度与原环氧沥青铺装较为匹配,有利于修复区域与原周围铺装的协调变形,并减少因铺装刚度突变带来的车辆冲击。 Aiming at the repair of steel bridge deck in China,a kind of PTB resin mixture for coldmixed and fast-solidified of steel bridge deck is put forward.The optimum oil-stone ratio of the mixture is determined by Marshall test,and the high temperature performance,low temperature performance,antiwater damage performance and anti-slip performance of the PTB resin mixture are studied.The test results show that the viscosity of PTB resin is 20℃,30℃and 40℃,the time to reach 3000 cP is 39 min,33 min and 21 min respectively,the curing speed is faster.The tensile strength of the PTB resin is close to that of the original pavement,and the elongation at break is also more than 100%.PTB resin mixture has good pavement performance.The dynamic stability reaches 13358 times/mm at 70℃;the trabecular bending strength at 32℃is 32.93 MPa,the ultimate bending strain reaches 2891με;the residual stability is95.4%,and the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 92.9%.The road surface friction coefficient is 68 in the dry state and 57 in the wet state.Its high temperature performance,low temperature performance,anti-water damage performance and anti-slip performance meet the performance requirements.
