摘要
依托南宁轨道交通1号线百花岭站~佛子岭站区间与屯里车辆段出入段线并行隧道工程,研究了盾构法与浅埋暗挖法隧道并行近接施工问题。施工过程采用地面降水与隧道内部防水、隔离桩、地面注浆加固及盾构隧道二次注浆加固等措施加固地层,并在施工过程中对地表沉降进行监测。结果表明,地表沉降值小于最大控制值,验证了施工中所采取的的隔离加固技术的有效性,可为后续类似工程的施工提供经验。
In this paper,the parallel adjacent construction of the shield tunnel and the shallow buried tunnel between Baihualing Station-Foziling Station on the Nanning Metro Line No.1 at the entrance and exit of Tunli Metro depot is taken as background to study the parallel construction of the shield tunneling method and shallow underground excavation tunnel.In the construction process,the ground precipitation and the internal waterproofing of the tunnel,the isolation pile,the ground grouting reinforcement and the secondary grouting reinforcement of the shield tunnel are adopted to strengthen the stratum,and the ground settlement is monitored during the construction process.The results show that the surface settlement value is less than the maximum control value.The effectiveness of the isolation and reinforcement technology adopted during the construction is verified,which can provide experience for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
