摘要
2020年COVID-19席卷了全球,给社会各行各业带来了巨大的变化,其中包括对外汉语教师行业。为了深入探究新手型教师和熟手型教师对线上汉语教师的角色认知,本文以二语教师角色认知理论为框架,选取海外汉语教师作为研究对象,采用叙事法对比分析新手型汉语教师和熟手型汉语教师对线上汉语教师角色中教学角色、管理角色、社会角色、技术角色认知的共性特点和不同特征。最后,本文以线上语言教师的"技能金字塔"为理论基础提出线上汉语教师应呈现出多元动态和多样性的特征,并认为新手型线上汉语教师需提升线上汉语教师管理角色和社会角色的认知和实践水平。
COVID-19 has swept the world and brought huge changes and impacts to people from all walks of life,including Mandarin teachers.In order to explore different types of teachers’role cognition of online Mandarin teachers,this paper uses the second language teacher role cognition theory as a framework,selects overseas Mandarin teachers as the research objects,and uses a narrative method to compare and analyze the commonality and differences in the perceptions of novice and experienced Mandarin teachers about the teaching,management,social,and technological roles of online Mandarin teachers.Finally,this paper uses the online language teachers’"Skills Pyramid"abilities as the theoretical framework to put forward the perspective that online Mandarin teachers’roles should be dynamic and integrated.As to novice Mandarin teachers,they need to improve their cognition and practice level of online Mandarin teachers’management role and social role.
