摘要 【目的】分析低温弱光对大棚辣椒生长的影响。【方法】对大棚辣椒设置不同的光照和温度,观测其农艺指标及生理生化指标。【结果】(1)低温弱光下15d内株高和茎粗的增长分别比正常温度光照条件下减少85%和61%,低温弱光逆境显著抑制了作物的生长。(2)低温弱光降低了叶绿素a、b量,低温弱光下作物光合速率较正常条件下降约51%。(3)辣椒叶片的细胞膜透性随着时间的延长,保持增长趋势,但其速率有所下降;(4)试验中辣椒叶片在低温弱光逆境下的POD活性显著提高。CAT活性随着低温弱光处理的发展而表现出下降趋势,MDA量则迅速上升;试验中游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖量都表现为先增加后减少的趋势。【结论】低温弱光逆境显著抑制了植株茎的伸长和茎粗的增长,降低了改变叶绿素a、叶绿素b量和光合速率。植物细胞膜透性在受到低温伤害时增大,MDA量迅速上升,游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖量先增加后减少。 【Objective】We aimed to study the effects of low temperature and low light stress on the growth of greenhouse pepper.【Method】Different light and temperature were controlled for greenhouse pepper,and its agronomic indexes and physiological and biochemical indexes were observed.【Result】(1)low temperature and low light density environments endangered the normal growth of crop;the plant height and stem diameter decreased by 85%and 61%within 15 d.(2)The content of chlorophyll a and b decreased,and the a/b ratio increased.The photosynthetic rate decreased by 51%under low temperature and low light density environments.Decreasing in photosynthetic rate had an adversely affect crop growth and the accumulation of photosynthetic products and even led to the death of crops.(3)Under low temperature stress,the cell membrane permeability increased which result in intracellular electrolyte extravasation and changing cell conductivity.The increase rate of the cell membrane permeability decreased with increases in the abiotic stresses duration.(4)The activity of POD of pepper increased in the experiment,which suggested that crop had resistance to abiotic stresses.The activity of CAT decreased,the content of MDA increased.The content of free proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar increased first and then decreased which indicates that at the beginning of abiotic stresses,plants resisted adversity by osmotic regulation;in later,the content of osmotic regulation substances,the osmotic regulation ability decreased,which result in damaging to crops.【Conclusion】Low temperature and low light stress significantly inhibited the growth of stem elongation and stem thickness,and reduced the amount and photosynthetic rate of chlorophyll a and b.When plant cell membrane permeability was damaged by low temperature,MDA content increased rapidly,and the content of free proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar increased first and then decreased.
