摘要
为了丰富华南地区园林地被植物的种类,让城市绿化在选择和应用地被植物有可靠的理论依据,以地稔(Melastoma dodecandrum)、千里光(Senecio scandens)、假蒟(Piper sarmentosum)这3种尚未开发或者大规模推广应用的华南乡土地被植物为研究对象,对其进行干旱胁迫实验,通过测定3种华南乡土地被植物在不同程度的土壤水分胁迫下(0、5、10、15、20 d)的各项生理生化指标,分析3种地被植物在不同程度的土壤水分胁迫下各指标的变化趋势和特点,并利用隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行综合评价,得出3种华南乡土地被植物的耐旱能力强弱依次为地稔>假蒟>千里光,这一结果与干旱胁迫试验形态表现一致。在干旱处理的20 d内,地稔与假蒟的表现出了较强的耐旱性。
In order to enrich the species of garden ground cover plants in South China and make urban greening have a reliable theoretical basis for the selection and application,the study selected Melastoma dodecandrum、Senecio scandens、Piper sarmentosum as the experiment material,which have not been developed or widely applied,to conduct experiments of their drought stress.By measuring the physiological and biochemical indexes of three kinds of ground cover plants in South China under different soil water stresses(0、5、10、15、20 d),the trends and characteristics of indicators of the three ground cover plants were analyzed and used the subordination function method to comprehensively evaluate their drought resistance,the results showed that:the drought tolerance ability of three kinds of ground cover plants in South China was Melastoma dodecandrum>Piper sarmentosum>Senecio scandens,and result was consistent with the morphology of the drought stress experiment.In the 20 days of drought treatment,Melastoma dodecandrum、Piper sarmentosum showed strong drought tolerance.
