摘要 渤海某油田FPSO热油系统用户众多。加热容积型号差别较大,被加热的介质种类繁多;加热范围涵盖冬季防冻、原油脱水处理工艺加热,淡水汽化,原油微正压脱轻烃等多个方面,热介质的稳定运行对于FPSO平稳生产及故障应急处理至关重要。本文通过对FPSO上热介质油加热器故障失效原因进行分析,提出了故障失效后紧急处置的方案,可为相似FPSO工艺流程提供经验借鉴。 There are many users of FPSO hot oil system in a Bohai oilfield.The heating volume models are quite different,and there are many kinds of heated media;the heating range covers many aspects such as antifreeze in winter,crude oil dehydration process heating,fresh water vaporization,crude oil micro positive pressure dehydrocarbon,etc.,and the stable operation of the thermal media is very important for the smooth production of FPSO and emergency treatment of faults.Based on the analysis of the failure causes of the hot medium oil heater on the FPSO,this paper puts forward the emergency t reatment plan after the failure,which can provide experience for similar FPSO process.
