摘要
生产岗位嵌套的知识编码不完全成为职业教育校企合作控制权之争与计量监督困境的核心问题。不同编码方式构成职业院校内部不同专业组群逻辑和配套教学组织。H学院"双高计划"申报专业群建设案例显示,以生产岗位知识编码为逻辑起点,三种不同编码方式形成三类不同专业组群模式及其管理模式变革,不同组群逻辑对高职院校专业群及其教学组织存在不同影响。
Inadequate knowledge coding which is embedded in production positions has become the core problem of the struggle for control and measurement supervision dilemma of the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education.This paper,taking the knowledge coding of production post as the logical starting point,analyzes three different internal coding methods to form three different professional groups and their governance model changes,and reveals the influence of different group logic on professional groups and their teaching organization of higher vocational college by taking the construction of professional group in the"Double High-level Project"in H college as a case.
