摘要
高校教师肩负着“立德树人”的神圣使命,加强高校教师师德师风建设对于大学生、教师、高等教育和国家繁荣具有重要的意义。提出加强高校教师师德师风建设的措施即加强思想政治引领,筑牢高校意识形态主阵地。强化高校教师“德高为师、身正为范”的自律意识,践行高校教师教书与育人相统一,践行高校教师言传与身教相统一,践行潜心问道与关注社会相统一。完善高校教师道德作风建设的法律法规和制度,引导教师道德风尚建设。逐步推动建立形成高校教师协同育人与常态育人模式。
College teachers shoulder the sacred mission of“fostering virtue through education”.Strengthening the construction of college teachers′ethics is of great significance to college students,teachers,higher education and national prosperity.The paper puts forward the measures to strengthen the construction of teachers′morality in colleges and universities,that is,to strengthen the ideological and political guidance and build the main ideological front in colleges and universities.We should strengthen the self-discipline consciousness of college teachers to be“one who is knowledgeable can be a teacher and one who is upright and honest can be a model”,practice the unity of teaching and educating,practice the unity of words and deeds,and practice the unity of caring about society.We should improve the laws,regulations and systems for the construction of college teachers′morality,guide the construction of teachers′morality,and gradually promote the establishment of a collaborative and normal education model for college teachers.
