摘要
我国劳动力数量众多但正规就业的岗位数量有限,由此促进了非正规就业市场的发展。本文选用CGSS2015的数据,采取倾向得分匹配法解决个体择业过程中的自选择问题,分析就业形式对居民收入差距的影响。研究结果表明,正规就业与非正规就业之间的平均收入差距为16508.56元,其中就业形式对收入差异的影响程度达45.74%。就具体群体来看,就业形式对于受教育程度高的群体以及青、老年群体收入差异的影响程度更高。
While China has a large number of labor force,the number of formal jobs are limited,which promotes the development of informal employment market.Based on the data of CGSS2015,this paper adopts the propensity score matching method to solve the problem of self selection in the process of individual job selection,and analyzes the impact of employment forms on Residents’income gap.The results show that the average income gap between formal employment and informal employment is 16508.56 yuan,of which the impact of employment form on income difference is 45.74%.In terms of specific groups,the form of employment has a higher impact on the income difference of groups with high education and groups of different ages.
