摘要
农村生土墙结构房屋存在墙体材料强度很低、纵横向构件连接不牢固、干缩裂缝多、抗震防灾能力弱等缺陷。本文简述通过采取新增设木柱、木梁和木斜撑等措施,在不改变原房屋外观风貌的原则下及便于操作和造价相对低廉的前提下,做到了明显改善原结构受力体系不合理、生土墙承载能力低、构造措施不完备等缺陷问题。达到了国家对农村危房改造加固后"农房的正常使用安全及建筑风貌和室内外环境改善"的基本安全和使用要求。
There are low strength wall materials,poor connection aspect,multiple shrinkage cracks,and weak earthquake disaster prevention in rural adobe structure housing.This article briefly introduces measures such as adding new wooden columns,wooden beams,and wooden diagonal braces which improved the defects in terms of the unreasonablity of the original instruction force system,the low bearing capacity of adobe walls and the incompetent of structural measures under the premise of without changing the appearance of the original house and the lower cost relatively.The basic safety and requirements of the"normal safety of rural houses and improvement of building style and indoor and outdoor environment"been met after the reconstruction and reinforcement of rural dangerous houses have.
