摘要
针对市场反馈配备电控泵油装置的发动机,在操纵室使用远程熄火开关之后,间隔一段时间再次启动发动机时,出现启动困难现象,需到底盘进行重新断电再上电,电控泵油装置再次工作后,发动机才可顺利启动。本文通过对发动机电控泵油装置控制电路进行研究,提出两种供电电路的逻辑控制优化方案,减少用户操作的步骤,提升产品的人性化水平及操作方便性。
according to the market feedback,the engine equipped with electric control pump oil device,after using the remote flameout switch in the control room,when the engine is started again at an interval of time,it is difficult to start.The engine can be started smoothly only after the electric control pump oil device works again.In this paper,through the research of the control circuit of the engine electronic control pump oil device,two kinds of logic control optimization scheme of power supply circuit are proposed,which can reduce the steps of user operation and improve the humanized level and operation convenience of the product.
