摘要
本文从焊接材料、焊接参数、焊接设备以及焊后质量检验和控制等方面对陶瓷衬垫在环形对接焊缝焊接中的应用进行了介绍,并对该焊接工艺在应用过程中的质量控制要求进行了总结,对后续相类似的焊缝焊接具有较强的指导意义。
This paper introduces the application of ceramic liner in ring weld from the aspects of welding materials、welding parameters、welding equipment and post-welding quality inspection and control,and the quality control requirements of the welding process in the application process are summarized,it has positive guiding significance for similar welding seam in the future.
