摘要
为明确贵州主栽茶树品种在干旱胁迫下各生理生化指标的差异情况,利用浓度为25%的PEG-6000干旱胁迫诱导剂处理贵州主栽的11个茶树品种,检测其在干旱胁迫下可溶性蛋白、SOD、POD、MDA、可溶性糖、CAT和PRO的含量,分析干旱胁迫下各供试品种的生理生化指标差异。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,不同茶树品种的渗透调节物质、氧化酶活性和质膜透性物质均有不同程度的变化。可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量均不同程度的增加。抗氧化酶活性中,各供试品种POD酶活性均降低;黔湄809的SOD和CAT活性均升高,白叶1号的SOD活性升高,CAT活性降低,其余品种的SOD和CAT活性均不同程度的降低;MDA含量则是呈现出不同程度的增加。这说明不同茶树品种在同一干旱胁迫处理下,抗旱性敏感程度不一,导致体内物质的应激反应不同,各生理指标变化程度不同,抗旱性有差异,但很难从单一的生理指标变化来判断品种抗旱性强弱。
In order to clarify the differences of physiological and biochemical indexes of the main tea cultivars cultivated in Guizhou under drought stress,11 tea cultivars cultivated in Guizhou were treated with 25%PEG-6000 drought stress inducer,and the contents of soluble protein,SOD,POD,MDA,soluble sugar,CAT and PRO under drought stress were detected.The differences of physiological and biochemical indexes of different cultivars under drought stress were analyzed.The results showed that the osmotic regulatory substances,oxidase activities and plasma membrane permeable substances of different tea cultivars varied under drought stress.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline increased to different degrees.The activity of POD enzyme decreased in all varieties tested.The activities of SOD and CAT in Qianmei 809 were increased,the activities of SOD and CAT in Baiye 1 were increased and the activities of CAT were decreased,and the activities of SOD and CAT in other varieties were decreased to varying degrees.MDA content increased in different degrees.This indicates that under the same drought stress treatment,different tea varieties have different degrees of sensitivity to drought resistance,resulting in different stress reactions of substances in the body,different degrees of changes in various physiological indicators,and different drought resistance.However,it is difficult to judge the strength of drought resistance of varieties from a single change in physiological indicators.
