基于近红外光谱分析技术构建黔茶品质现场快速检测模型

摘要 近红外光谱分析技术(Near Infrared Spectroscopy,NIRS)是一项分析速度快、成本低、效率高、多组分同时测定的检测技术,该技术操作简便,对操作人员要求低,同时对分析环境要求低,可应用于实验室各种现场的在线检测,既能进行“离线”分析,也能直接进行“在线”过程控制。为贵州绿茶生产品质现场控制提供技术支撑,基于近红外光谱分析技术构建了茶叶水分在线快速检测模型、绿茶近红外快速检测校正模型、红茶近红外感官审评校正模型,构建模型的应用效果好,可应用于实践生产,并提出来构建模型的应用前景。 Near infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS)is a detection technology with the distinctive advantages for fast analysis speed,low cost,high efficiency,and simultaneous determination of multiple components.This technology is easy to grasp for operators,and the requirements of analysis environment is low,so it was widly used in laboratories and various on-line inspections on-site for both'offline'analysis and direct'online'process control.In order to build the rapid field detection model and provide technical support for Guizhou tea quality,we builded the rapid field detection correcting model for moisture fresh leaves of tea,the rapid field detection correcting model for Guizhou green tea,and the rapid field detection correcting model for fermentation monitoring of black tea,based on NIRS.These models were well used in in tea enterprise production sites,factory inspections,Qian-cha cups tea fighting games,as well as various tea skill competitions and has achieved good results.These results showed the rapid field detection model based on NIRS could be well used in tea industry practices production and had a good and broad application prospect in futher.
