溃疡性结肠炎患者膳食质量现状及其影响因素的研究 被引量:1

Present Status on the Diet Quality of Ulcerative Colitis Patients,and the Influence Factors Investigation

摘要 目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者膳食质量现状及其影响因素。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年12月我院收治的100例UC患者,应用膳食平衡指数(DBI)对患者的膳食质量进行量化评估,了解患者的营养摄入情况,并分析DBI-LBS情况与患者性别、年龄、文化程度、病程、年复发次数及焦虑状况的关系,初步探讨相关影响因素。结果:100例UC患者中膳食摄入适宜2例(2.0%),低度摄入不足6例(6.0%),中低度摄入不足56例(56.0%),中高度摄入不足14例(14.0%),高度摄入不足22例(22.0%)。不同性别、年龄段、病程UC患者DBI-LBS情况无明显差异,P>0.05;不同文化程度、疾病年复发次数、焦虑程度UC患者DBI-LBS情况具有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:UC患者中度、高度膳食摄入不足者居多,其中中度膳食摄入不足者最多,其膳食摄入质量与文化程度、疾病年复发次数、焦虑情况有关。临床工作中,应加强UC患者的饮食管理,保证充足的膳食摄入。 Objective To investigate the present status on the diet quality of ulcerative colitis(UC)patients,and the related influence factors.Methods Enrolled 100 UC patients treated in author’s hospital(2019-01-2021-12)into this study:using DBI to evaluate their diet quality,so as to know their nutrition intake,further to analyse DBI-LBS status,as well as the relation to patients gender,age,educated level,disease course,recurrence times/year,and anxiety situation,thus search for relevant influence factors.Results Among the 100 patients,2 cases(2.0%)were intake moderate,6-low intake deficient(6.0%),56(56%)mid-low intake deficient,14(14.0%)mid-high intake deficient,and 22(22.0%)high intake deficient.Between the patients with different gender,age,disease courses in DBI-LBS status there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);but,between the patients with different educated levels,recurrence times/year,and anxiety siatution,in DBI-LBS status there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Among UC patients mid,and high intake deficient are more(mid-one is the most),and related to educated level,recurrence times/year,and anxiety situation,clinically,it should be to strengthen diet management on them,to support their enough intake.
