摘要
目的:观察肛泰软膏促进肛裂患者术后创面愈合的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:将85例手术治疗的肛裂患者分为对照组42例和观察组43例。对照组患者术后采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用肛泰软膏,持续治疗4周,比较2组患者的临床疗效,创面愈合时间、住院时间,术后1d、3d、5d疼痛评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);相较于术后1d,2组患者术后3d、5d疼痛评分均持续降低,且观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肛泰软膏可促进肛裂患者术后创面愈合,缓解疼痛,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Gangtai ointment(Ointment)promoting wound-surface healing after surgery for anal fissure(AF).Methods Divided 85 AF patients underwent surgery in author’s hospital into control group(42 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(43 cases,routine therapy plus ointment,for 4 weeks);then compared clinical effect,wound-surface healing time,hospitalization time,the score ratings on pain at 1,3 and 5 days after surgery,as well as unward reaction status.Results In total effective rate in the time for hospitalization and for wound-surface healing,observation group was respectively higher,shorter than control group(all,P<0.05);compared to that at 1 day after surgery,both groups’ratings on pain at 3 and 5 days after surgery were continously declined,and observation group’s ratings were more lower than control group’s one(P<0.05);in unward reaction incidence there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gangtai ointment for anal fissure patients has more significant efficacy in promoting wound-surface healing,and in relieving patients’pain.
