摘要
目的:观察微创弹力线套扎联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔疗效。方法:将84例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组患者采用微创弹力线套扎联合外痔切除术治疗,对照组患者采用传统外剥内扎术治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、手术相关指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果:2组患者疗效相近(P>0.05);观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、创口愈合时间均明显短于或少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微创弹力线套扎联合外痔切除术与传统外剥内扎术治疗混合痔在总有效率方面比较差异无统计学意义,但微创弹力线套扎联合外痔切除术具有术中出血量少,手术时间、住院时间以及创面愈合时间短,术后并发症发生率低等优点。
Objective To observe the effect of mini-invasive thread-elastic ligature(MITEL)combined with resection for external hemorrhoids in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Randomly divided 84 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in author’s hosptial into observation group(42 cases received MITEL and external hemorrhoids resection)and control group(42 cases still routine external dissection&internal ligature);then compared effect,operative relevant norms and postoperative complication between the two groups.Results In effect there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);in the time for operating,for hospitalization,and for wound healing,observation group was significantly shorter than control group;in intraoperative bleeding volume and the incidence of postoperative complication,observation group was less and lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion Though both procedures don’t have significant difference in effect,but,MITEL has such merits as more less intraoperative bleeding volume;shorter operating,hospitalization and wound-surface healing;lower incidence of postoperative complication,etc.
