摘要
为观察快速康复护理管理模式在结直肠癌围手术期的应用效果,将结直肠癌手术患者100例随机分为常规护理管理组和快速康复护理管理模式组,每组50例。常规护理管理组实施常规护理管理模式,快速康复护理管理模式组则建立快速康复护理管理模式,比较2组患者护理管理满意度,首次肛门排气时间、下床平均时间、术后禁食时间、住院时间;治疗前后患者抑郁自评量表评分值、焦虑自评量表评分值、QOL量表评分值以及术后并发症发生率。结果显示,快速康复护理管理模式组患者在护理管理满意度、首次肛门排气时间、下床平均时间、术后禁食时间、住院时间、抑郁自评量表评分值、焦虑自评量表评分值、QOL量表评分值以及术后并发症发生率方面均优于常规护理管理组(P<0.05)。结果表明,快速康复护理管理模式对结直肠癌患者效果确切,可加快手术后的康复进程,缩短住院时间,减轻抑郁和焦虑的负面情绪,并提高结直肠癌患者的满意度和生活质量,减少并发症的发生。
This study was to observe the efficacy of fast-track nursing management(FTNM)mode used at perioperation of colorectal cancer,randomly divided 100 patients undergoing surgery into routine nursing group(50 cases,according to routine mode for nursing)and FTNM mode group(according to FTNM mode for nursing,50 cases);then compared following indexes such as satisfactory degree;the time for firsttime flatus,of out-of-bed,of postoperative absolute diet fast,and of hospitalization;the score on self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),on self-rating depression scale(SDS),and QOL,pre-and postoperatively;as well the incidence of postoperative complication between the two groups.As results,in above all indexes,FTNM mode group was all superior to routine nursing group(P<0.05).Results show that for colorectal cancer patients FTNM mode has certain efficacy,can accelerate patients’rehabilitation course,shorten hospitalization stay,reduce their negative emotion of depression and anxiety,and decrease complication incidence,thus enhance patients’satisfactory degree and quality of life.
