摘要
为探讨中长链脂肪乳对直肠癌术后胃肠功能、营养水平和细胞因子水平的影响,将直肠癌术后患者120例随机分为常规组和治疗组,每组60例。常规组患者术后接受常规肠道营养支持,治疗组患者在常规组治疗的基础上加中长链脂肪乳治疗,比较2组患者胃肠道功能恢复情况、营养及炎性细胞因子水平。结果显示,治疗组患者肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、首次进食固体食物时间、肠鸣音恢复正常时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组患者TP、ALB、PA水平高于常规组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组患者IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结果表明,中长链脂肪乳能有效促进直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复及机体营养吸收,有利于提高机体免疫力、减少炎性因子释放、减轻炎症反应,值得推荐使用。
This study was to investigate the influence of medium-length chain fatty milk on their gastrointestinal function,the levels of nutrition and of cytokines in rectal cancer patients subjected to surgery,randomly divided 120 cases of rectal cancer into routine group(60 cases,after surgery received routine intestinal tract nutrition support)and treatment group(60 cases,based on routine support,added with mediumlength chain fastty milk);then,compared both groups’recovery status of gastrointestinal function,and the levels of nurtrition and of cytokines.As results,in the time of first-time flatus and defecation,of first-time eating solid food,and of bowel sound recovered to normal;in the level of TP,ALB and PA after treatment,and,in the level of IL-8,IL-10,and TNF-αafter treatment treatment group was respectively and significantly shorter,higher,and lower than routine group(all,P<0.05).Results show that medium-length chain fatty milk can effectively promote patient’s postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and their body absorbing nutrition,is beneficial to enhance body immunity level,reduce inflammatory factor release and inflammatory response.It is worthy of popularization and application.
