广播播控人工排障参谋系统的设计与实现

摘要 在广播播控系统应急处理中人工操作流程仍然必不可少,而涉及人工操作的应急流程,其实施时的速度和准确度,则与技术人员的操作熟练程度直接相关。但技术人员的操作熟练程度一般只能通过培训和演练方法进行定性的提高,难以量化保证。我台自主研发的广播播控人工排障参谋系统采用专家系统、故障树分析法、机器学习等技术理论,力求为技术人员提供应对故障的抢通和排障操作的决策指引,充分利用人工智能手段进行辅助,使安全播出业务流程提效升级。 The manual emergency operation process in broadcasting system is essential,and the speed and accuracy of manual emergency process is directly related to the skill of the technical personnel.However,the technical personnel’s operational proficiency is generally only through training and exercise for qualitative improvement.It is difficult to quantify the guarantee.Our independent research of manual troubleshooting counseling system for broadcasting system,which is based on expert system,fault tree analysis,machine learning and other technical theories,strives to provide technical personnel with the decision-making guidance.It makes full use of artificial intelligence means to upgrade the efficiency of safe broadcasting process.
