摘要
Cr12MoV钢电渣重熔后钢锭表面渣沟严重,在锻造过程中易发生坯料断头的情况.经过电渣重熔工艺的改进,在不影响元素烧损和夹杂物评级的情况下调整渣系,提高了冶炼初期输入炉内的功率,缩短了电流提升阶段和正常冶炼阶段的时间,有效解决了钢锭底端渣沟严重的问题.
After the Cr12MoV steel electroslag remelting,the surface slag groove of the steel ingot is serious,and the billet head is prone to occur during the forging process.After the electroslag remelting process is improved,the slag system is adjusted without affecting the elemental burn and inclusion rating,and the power in the furnace is increased at the initial stage of smelting,and the time in the current lifting phase and the normal smelting phase is shortened.The serious problem of slag groove at the bottom of the steel ingot is solved effectively.
