摘要
投资效率是反映高新科技企业投资状况的关键指标.寻找影响高新科技企业投资效率的因素十分必要.以沪深高新科技企业上市公司为样本,实证研究发现高新科技企业的股权特征、融资结构、成长能力和资产规模对投资效率有着一定的影响.高新科技企业通过引入战略投资者有助于解决这些问题并提高企业的投资效率.
Investment efficiency is the key index to reflect the investment condition of an enterprise.It is necessary to study the factors that affect the investment efficiency of high-tech enterprises.Taking the listed companies of high-tech in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange as samples,the empirical study finds that such factors have some impact on investment efficiency as the equity characteristics,financing structure,growth capacity and asset scale.By introducing strategic investors,high-tech enterprises can solve these problems and improve their investment efficiency.
