2021年辽宁省蝇类监测

摘要 目的了解2021年辽宁省蝇类的密度、种群构成和季节消长变化趋势,为蝇类科学防控提供参考依据.方法2021年5-10月选择居民区、餐饮外环境、绿化带(公园)、露天农贸市场4类场所,采用笼诱法进行蝇类密度监测.结果2021年辽宁省蝇类密度为4.61只/(笼·h).丝光绿蝇为优势蝇种,占36.85%,其次为厩腐蝇(18.13%)、家蝇(17.10%)和麻蝇科(12.41%).不同监测生境中绿化带蝇类密度最高,为5.80只/(笼·h),居民区最低,仅为2.59只/(笼·h).全省各市中朝阳蝇类密度最高20.85只/(笼·h),密度最低的为丹东0.40只/(笼·h).全年蝇类密度季节消长呈单峰曲线,8月达到高峰,密度为7.39只/(笼·h).结论初步了解了辽宁省2021年蝇类的密度、种群构成及季节消长情况,建议采取综合防治措施,降低蝇类密度. Objective To understand the density,population composition and seasonal fluctuations of flies in Liaoning Province in 2021,to provide a reference for scientific prevention and control of flies.Methods From May to October 2021,four kinds of places including residential areas,restaurants,greenbelts and farm produce markets were chosen for investigation.The cage trapping methods were used for the surveillance.Results The density of flies in Liaoning Province in 2021 was 4.61 flies/(cage·h).Lucilia sericata was the dominant species accounting for 36.85%,followed by Muscina stabulans(18.13%),Musca domestica(17.10%)and Sarcophagidae(12.41%).In different surveillance habitats,the density of flies in greenbelts was the highest,as much as 5.80 flies/(cage·h),while the residential areas held the lowest density,as much as 2.59 flies/(cage·h).Among the cities,Chaoyang held the highest flies density as 20.85 flies/(cage·h),while Dandong held the lowest as 0.40 flies/(cage·h).The annual density dynamics of flies showed a unimodal curve with a peak in August,7.39 flies/(cage.h).Conclusion The density,population composition and seasonal fluctuation of flies in Liaoning Province in 2021 were preliminarily understood.Comprehensive control measures should be taken to reduce the density of flies.
