摘要
针对某型号设备的电路板快速检测要求,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的快速自动测试系统设计方案.该测试系统主要由硬件电路模块、数据采集卡PCI-6224和上位机软件组成.通过上位机开发软件LabVIEW,完成对数据采集卡进行控制程序的编写;然后在输入输出的控制和采集过程中,结合硬件电路模块实现了对多个目标电路板的快速检测.经测试和验证,该检测系统完全符合要求,并大大提高了检测效率.
According to the requirement of rapid dection for the PCB of certain type of equipnent,the design scheme for the fast speed aulo test system based on virtual instrument technology is proposed.The test system consists of hardware ciruit module,PCI-6224 data acquisiton eard and host computer sftware.By using host computer development sftware LabVIEW.the conrol program for data acquisition card is written;then combining with hardware eireuit module,the control and acquisition of inputs and ouputs are conducted,to implement rapid detection for multiple target cireuit boards.The tests venfy thal this detection system flly meets the requirement and grealy improves the detection eiciency.
