摘要
目的分析强化质量监控及持续改在手术器械清洗灭菌应用的管理策略.方法2021年1月-7月本院手术器械400件为对照组护理管理,2021年8月-2022年4月本院开展强化质量监控及持续改进工作期间接收的手术器械400件为试验组,观察比较清洗合格率、包装合格率、管理质量水平、临床科室满意度.结果试验组清洗合格率98.75%、包装合格率98.25%均高于对照组92.5%、91.0%(P<0.05);实验组管理质量水平高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组手术器械引起的医院感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组临床科室满意度100.0%高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05).结论在手术器械清洗包装灭菌过程中采用强化质量监控及持续改进管理,效果显著,可提升清洗合格率、包装合格率以及管理质量水平,提高临床科室满意度.
Objective To analyze the value of strengthening quality control and continuous improvement in cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments.Methods A total of 400 surgical instruments received in our hospital during the period from January to July without intensive quality control and continuous improvement were 2021 as the control group,the 2021 group consisted of 400 surgical instruments received during the period of intensive quality control and continuous improvement from August to April 2022.The quality of cleaning,packaging,management and satisfaction of clinical departments were compared.Results The qualified rate of cleaning and packing in the experimental group was 98.75%and 98.25%,respectively,higher than that in the control group(92.5%and 91.0%,P<0.05),and the management quality level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)The incidence of nosocomial infection caused by surgical instruments in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of Clinical departments in the experimental group was 100.0%higher than that in the control group(73.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to strengthen quality control and continuous improvement management in the process of cleaning and packaging sterilization of surgical instruments,which can improve the qualified rate of cleaning,packaging and management quality level,improve the satisfaction of clinical departments.
